Construction has been completed on the SkySong ApartmentsÂ Scottsdale, with aÂ Grand Opening Event taking place on Tuesday evening.
TheÂ final phase of the 325-unit community is now available for lease, completingÂ the approximately 19-month constructionÂ period. The apartments are alreadyÂ enjoying strong leasing both to people who work within the project and thoseÂ who want to live inÂ this dynamic area of the Valley.
AndÂ importantly, the City of Scottsdaleâ€™s committed contribution to the overallÂ cost of SkySong, The ASU ScottsdaleÂ Innovation Center has been reduced by $3Â million in exchange for the rights to develop the apartment homes.
The apartmentÂ homes features innovative, modern architecture and a variety of floor plans toÂ attract professionals who areÂ employed in the area, as well as those who workÂ on the SkySong campus. It features traditional flat and loft designs withÂ private patiosÂ or balconies, quartz and local stone accents, a large pool andÂ Jacuzzi, TechnoGym equipped athletic center and many other state-of-the-artÂ features, such as CenturyLink Prism.
MTÂ Builders was the construction firm responsible for the project build-out, and LincolnÂ Property Company is the propertyÂ management company for the development.
