SkySong 4 is closing in on completion, with akey construction milestone being marked in a ceremony tomorrow.
SkySong 4 is topped out, meaning the structural steel in the construction building has reached the buildings final height.
The SkySong 4 construction team will celebrate the milestone at a Topping Out Party, to be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, March 31 at the front of the building facing SkySong Boulevard and Scottsdale Road.
The construction of SkySong 4 has gone extremely smoothly during the winter and spring months, and the topping out comes after just 4 1/2 months of construction. The building is scheduled to open in the summer or fall of 2016.
SkySong 4 will continue the tradition of dynamic design, green construction and innovative features the project as a whole has become known for, said Sharon Harper, President & CEO of Plaza Companies, the master developer of the project.
