Two new key tech additions are coming to the newest building in SkySong, The ASU Scottsdale Innovation Center. A trailblazing information technology solutions firm and an online technology and business library provider are going to call SkySong 3 their new home.

SkySong 3 has officially gone “green.”

The four-story, 145,000-square-foot office and research building at the intersection of SkySong Boulevard and Innovation Place has achieved Silver LEED certification from the U.S. Green Building Council for its sustainable design and construction.

Pyxl, a leading full-service digital marketing firm recently named to the Inc. 5000 list for fastest growing privately-held companies, is going to make its new home at SkySong. The company is relocating from another location on N. Scottsdale Rd. and will move to its expanded, 2,500 square feet location at SkySong in December.

Medical diagnostics company Theranos Inc. will expand to Scottsdale, Ariz., leasing a 20,000-square-foot wing in Arizona State University’s SkySong project and targeting more than 500 new hires.

An advertising innovator changing the way companies advertise online will set up shop at SkySong 3 early next year.

The company, adhesive.co, is relocating from east Indian School Road and will begin its five-year lease at SkySong on January 1, 2015. The layout of the space will be in line with the online ad companyÂ’s philosophy of a creative and collaborative environment.
